Lake Shore Plaza

In support of renovation efforts at Related Midwest’s Lake Shore Plaza, a multi-family, market rate living community located in Chicago’s River North neighborhood, Bailey Edward’s interior designers created vibrant fitness areas, business and conference rooms, and social lounges with rooms dedicated to children, teenagers, and adults. Luscious greens, soft blues, and warm oranges create a welcoming atmosphere for residents of all ages to connect through games, meals, and exercise. The amenities floor, its lounges, gym, and yoga studio have quickly become a favorite third space for residents to spend time outside of their typical living and working environments with neighbors.
