As the architectural lead under Hanson Professional Services, Bailey Edward worked with the team to perform site investigation and evaluation of the building. In addition to traditional photography, a Matterport 3D Scanner was used to fully capture the building layout and existing conditions and to minimize site visits during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Bailey Edward provided the school with three options for interiors to help unify the building with college branding similar to other campus buildings. The selected option was used throughout the renovations in the paint, carpet tile, acoustical ceiling, countertops, casework, and lighting.
